Please read these terms carefully before using our services

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services of Merge Community Services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Service Agreement

Merge Community Services provides transportation, supervised visits, and family support services. All services are subject to availability and are provided in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

Clients must provide accurate and complete information when requesting services. Failure to provide accurate information may result in service delays or cancellation.

Service Requirements

  • Clients must comply with all service agreements and requirements
  • All participants must follow safety protocols and guidelines
  • Services may be subject to scheduling availability
  • Cancellation policies apply as outlined in service agreements

Payment Terms

Payment terms and conditions will be specified in individual service agreements. All fees are due as per the agreed payment schedule. Late payments may result in service suspension or termination.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation policies vary by service type and will be clearly outlined in your service agreement. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the terms specified in your agreement.

Please contact us at least 24 hours in advance for cancellations to avoid cancellation fees, unless otherwise specified in your service agreement.

Client Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Comply with all service requirements and guidelines
  • Respect the rights and dignity of all service providers and participants
  • Notify us immediately of any concerns or issues

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Merge Community Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Changes to Terms

Merge Community Services reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any modifications. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada and the province of Alberta. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Alberta, Canada.
